Do I need to install anything or change my infrastructure?
Nothing. PulseAPI monitors your endpoints externally — no SDK, no agent, no code changes. If it has a URL, we can monitor it.
What counts as an "endpoint"?
Any URL you want us to check — REST endpoints, webhooks, login pages, health check routes, third-party APIs you depend on. If it returns a response, we monitor it.
How fast are your alerts really?
Pro plan checks every 30 seconds from multiple regions. If we detect 2 consecutive failures, you get an alert within 60 seconds of the incident starting. Most tools take 5 to 15 minutes.
Can I monitor APIs that require authentication?
Yes. Add custom headers, bearer tokens, or API keys in your monitor settings. All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
What if I want to cancel?
